St. Louis Cigars

Established in 1997, the first location opened on the border of Creve Coeur and Chesterfield. I knew I wanted a destination for tobacco enthusiasts to relax while enjoying a cigar or pipe. At the time, the cigar bar concept was new to the country with only a handful of places available like New York, Chicago and California. Like most small business start-ups, the first few years were a growing and learning experience while trying to get the concept of the cigar bar into the minds of our customers. Fast forward 29 years later...still growing and learning.

I would say the majority of cigar enthusiasts started smoking what we call domestics. Those are usually referred as "machine made" cigars using short filler tobacco and who knows what else. I know because that's how I started, but one day, many years ago, a friend of mine introduced me to a hand-rolled, long filler premium cigar....the experience was on a whole other level than before.
